Readings in the Centre at the Social Sciences Library

9 August marks the International Day of Indigenous Peoples, established on 23 December 1994 by United Nations General Assembly Resolution No. 49/214, to promote and defend the rights of these communities around the world.

As part of the ‘Readings at the Centre’ initiative, the Social Sciences Library proposes a series of printed and digital resources dedicated to the topic, with the aim of raising awareness of the condition of indigenous peoples around the world and disseminating their knowledge.
