As of 29 June, the Wolters Kluwer databases "Fisconline" and "Studio Legale" migrate to the new One FISCALE and One LEGALE portals respectively.
One FISCALE replaces the "Fisconline" database and is enriched with a wide range of legislative documents on tax, corporate and accounting matters, case law of merit and legitimacy, and practice with interpretative documents from tax agencies. Within the new portal, the daily newspaper 'Il Fisco' is replaced by "Quotidiano Ipsoa".
One LEGALE offers full access to the archives of legislation, case law and doctrine, commented codes, as well as all the news and in-depth analysis of the "Quotidiano Giuridico". Until 31 December 2023, however, the "Studio Legale" platform will also remain active.
The new One FISCALE and One LEGALE platforms allow up to 80 simultaneous accesses, with authentication via IDEM GARR and entry of one's own institutional credentials.
Access instructions:
- In the "Databases" section of OneSearch, search for One FISCALE or One LEGALE
- Once on the home page, in the top right-hand corner under "Login" select "I already have an account"
- Continue with IDEM GARR
- In the "Organisation" menu select the "University of Florence" institution
- Enter your institutional credentials (matriculation number and password)
