The study rooms of the libraries remain closed to the public from 5 to 15 March in conjunction with the suspension of the teaching activity.
The loan services are kept active with the following restrictions:
- The individual libraries will establish the maximum number of students admitted to the loan counters to avoid excessive crowding, giving notice on the site and at the entrance of the buildings
- Once the students have taken out or returned the borrowed books, they must leave the facility
- The library staff will take care to respect and enforce the measures relating to the distance to be kept with the user
- The individual libraries will favour, as far as possible, the loan service by intervening with special measures on the current regulations, expanding the number of books that can be borrowed and/or restricting the duration of the loan to encourage wider use of the texts in support of the study courses
All loans due from 5 to 15 March have been extended until 16 March, except for material reserved by another user. We advise you to check the status of your loans on your profile.
The opening of the libraries of Social Sciences and Humanities is suspended in the evening hours and on the whole day of Saturday.
Remote bibliographic services remain active (book reservations and renewals; request for digitized articles; interlibrary loan requests limited to the availability of the supplying structures; remote reference service).
Finally, please note that you can freely access the document resources in electronic format (e-book and periodical literature) from home or from outside the university, by simply setting up the proxy in your browser as per instructions provided.
