Due to the transition to a new management software for the library system, as of the afternoon of April 15th until the end of the works, scheduled for May 22nd, 2017 the libraries will be open as usual but there will be some disruptions to services as follows:
- Loan service interrupted on May 10, 18, 19 and 20
- Search in OneSearch will not be affected. Access to electronic resources will be guaranteed. From 10 to 21 May no access to the personal profile on OneSearch
- From 15 April to 21 May bookings / reservations will not be available
- From 15 April to 5 June inter-library loan and document delivery (ILL/DD) will be suspended
To reduce the inconvenience to users all loans are automatically extended to the end of May.
From 10 to 21 May there will be no access to the personal profile on OneSearch. Users are encouraged to save their e-shelf, favorite resources, search strategies before 10 May.
This information will be updated regularly on the basis of the evolution of the migration process.
