To mark the National Festival of the Civil Economy (Florence, 1–4 October), ‘Letture al centro’ is offering an in-depth exploration of the theme of rebuilding an economy ‘that does good’, one that focuses on the relationships between people, businesses and communities. One of the Festival’s aims is, in fact, to provide opportunities for discussion and dialogue with a view to designing development models aimed at creating a fairer, more inclusive and more supportive society.
The recommended reading list will be available throughout October on the ground floor, opposite the circulation desk, and in the dedicated area on the first floor, during the Library’s usual opening hours: Mon–Fri 8.30 am–11.30 pm, Sat 8.30 am–7.00 pm.
