The autumn edition of ScienzEstate will be held for the first time at the "Giardino dei Semplici" botanical garden in Florence.
The Departments of Earth Sciences and Biology, the Natural History Museum, and the Sciences Library are participating in this edition with many activities designed for children and teens, families, and anyone curious to discover the world of science and how we can live more sustainably.
The Sciences Library offers Devised Gardens: Organising Nature, a series of fun and hands-on activities to explore the world of gardens and their connections with the sciences that study the plant kingdom.
Children can play with botany using images from books, create colorful flowers, solve mazes, build greenhouses, and have fun with a special memory game, always guided by library staff.
