3 December is International Day of Persons with Disabilities and this month's Readings at the Centre will be dedicated to this issue.
It is important to raise awareness towards understanding the problems related to disability and the commitment to guarantee the dignity, rights and well-being of people with disabilities, reaffirming the principle of equality and the need to ensure their full and effective participation in the political, social, economic and cultural spheres of society.
