The architecture library dedicades the exhibition Waiting for March 8th to all female students, PhD students and professors of the DIDA and the School of Architecture, in the hope that their gender perspective will pervade the places of everyday life.
Palazzo San Clemente will be invaded by a multitude of books from the Library's collection. Books by female architects, designers and urban planners of the present and the past will be on display: from Plautilla Bricci to Lina Bo Bardi, from Jane Jacobs to Martha Schwartz, as well as a selection of theses by female graduate students from the 1960s to the 1980s. The exhibition is completed by the video Miss Architet dedicated to Gae Aulenti.
