The virtual exhibition Archi-tè: incontri trasverali is on-line since Tuesday, December 13, 2022
The exhibition is the story of nine years of cultural initiatives, organized from 2009 to 2017 by the Technological Library - Architecture branch.
The Archi-tè were born from an idea of Luca De Silva, who proposed encounters that revolved "around the expanded concept of architecture, book and library in the spirit of conviviality. Transversal because they are not about the design of a building or the urban planning of a specific area, but deal with architecture in its imaginary and seductive aspect, related to the senses and creativity".
From 2009 to 2017, 61 events (including two unrealized ones) were organized, including book presentations, lectures, seminars, exhibitions, installations and video installations, and performances, with the participation of personalities of culture and art; one above all, the philosopher and art critic Gillo Dorfles, the protagonist of two Archi-té.
The exhibition, which unfolds chronologically like a diary, is also a virtual archive that documents, through texts and images, this experience, helping to preserve and enhance its memory.
