Conservation and restoration
From one hand, many works damaged during the ’66 floods are still waiting to be restorated (e.g. the Last Supper of Vasari); from the other, it is necessary to appreciate the huge technical and scientific knowledge acquired and put in practice during the last 50 years. It’s an extraordinary asset of the city, that needs to be transmitted to a new generation of specialists.
