Most of the materials are on open shelves and can be browsed directly:
Teaching staff, doctoral candidates, research fellows, grant students and subject specialists can have on the tables reserved for them up to 10 books for 60 days with special bookmarks to be obtained from librarians. However, books with call numbers starting with TESTO, DID, REF are not included in this allowance.
Materials held in the closed deposit are distributed on request at the ground floor desk, Monday to Friday at the following set times: 10.30 am - 12.30 pm - 4.30 pm.
To request books just click on Reservation on its OneSearch record and check the screen for information on the distribution time.
Other items, for which a request slip must be filled out, have different access options according to the type of material:
