Borrowed items must be handed back to staff or placed on dedicated returns trolleys before the library closing time.
Users can:

Reference books can be borrowed overnight and during week-ends or public holidays.
Items can be borrowed a few minutes before closing time and must be returned by 9.30 am the next business day.
External users (i.e. that are not part of the University as staff or students) can have temporary borrower status by having an authorisation form signed by a manager or teaching staff.

Users must return items by the due date. Later returns will incur in suspension from borrowing for the same amount of days the items were outstanding. If more than one item was outstanding the days will be summed up automatically by the system.
Students can borrow with their student card or a valid photo ID. It is possible to borrow up to 4 volumes for each branch. More details on OneSearch
